need to reinnstall my photoshop

my version is getting up there and my latest verison is cs3 but to reinnstall i need to start with my 6 verion but cant get my new computer to read this cd

Install CS3 and enter your CS3 upgrade serial. You should be prompted for the serial for the version you upgraded from - enter PS 6's serial.

Download Adobe Creative Suite 3 products

I INNSTALLED CS3 FROM INTERNET WHEN I OUGHT IT,I HAVE NO CD,i HAVE THE THE SERIAL CODE BUT WHER DO i INSTALL CS3 FROM?

Thank you finally got it but it wont register,when I say yes to registering my product it says it cant be done but i get my version to work so its probarly ok

I also cant save it as jpg,is that outdated?

No, jpeg is not outdated. Do you get an error message? What OS and OS version do you have?

I am able to save as jpg when i write save for web,I found out,Not as before when we said sav as and chose from there.i find it hard to name my files now but i will probarly figure it out soon.
