Hallo,

Ik heb een nieuw wachtwoord aangemaakt bij Adobe ID.

Ik dacht dat dit hetzelfde was als het wachtwoord bij Creative Cloud.

Ik moet al mijn programma's bijwerken en daar heb ik mijn wachtwoord voor nodig.

Hoe kan ik deze wijzigingen??

Hi Maryse,

As you mentioned you are trying to update the Creative cloud and it's asking for a password. I assume you are on a  MAC, kindly use your MAC ID and password when the system prompts you just before the update.

This should definitely help.
