Updated AMD Graphics Card and now Lightroom stops working

I updated my AMD Graphics card and now my Lightroom stops working...especially if I edit a file from Lightroom to Photoshop. Lightroom will get me to Photoshop but then when I try to save the file from Photoshop back to Lightroom...Lightroom crashes.  Lightroom also crashes if I delete multiple pictures that I have just uploaded.  I didn't have this problem before I updated the Graphics Card.  Below is what the system info says in Lightroom.  I also notice that I seem to get a little bit of flashing when I click on certain screens.
