why my after effect crashes now days

Using after effect cs6, I was trying to start my graduation work today. When I trying to put ai file, the warning came out like that. It was frist time that I've been ever seen.

I don't know why it's happens like that. My laptop is microsoft windows xp.

I want to know about why it happens and the solution about that!!

Make sure the illustrator file is RGB color and not CMYK color.

Windows XP is REALLY old, even for CS6.  Make sure the OS is running in 64 bit.

Although I made my ai file into RGB color already, it doesn't work....

Oh, my laptop is windows 10! I misunderstand. Then how should I work my after effect cs6 ?

If your operating system in Windows 10, you should double-check to make sure your version of AE CS6 is at least version 11.0.4.  If it is not, you will need to update it.
