Adobe DC pro - Send for approval

Hello :

I have downloaded the trial version of acrobat DC pro. I am researching the possibilities of send for approval with this link

However for the life of me I cannot find this

To start an approval workflow, choose Share > Send By Email For Approval.

Can some body point me as to what I am doing wrong?

Is your version installed in (Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, or Korean) languages?

As it mentioned this is restricted feature for these languages only: Approval workflows, Adobe Acrobat
