I get the error message "The account has been activated to many times" when I try to open drm content with my adobe id on my smartphone, on the app UB Reader, where I have been able to show drm content before, on previous installations of the app. What can I do no, when appearently having reached the limit of activations...?!
To reset the activation musst contact a staff person. See Staff under the name of the person how can reset the activtions.
