Image doesn't show fully in my PS window

When I open a file in PS, the image appears on the screen but ... at the bottom of the screen so that only the top part of my image show. What's going on?

I'm assuming you can't use the hand tool to move it back in place.... it doesn't look like you have scroll bars available... I would start with resetting the preferences.

Can you share a screenshot? Are you zoomed out? Double click on the hand tool  - it should center your image and fill your screen. Double click on the zoom tool to center your image and see it at 100%.

Thank you for replying ---- yes, I am zoomed out --- doubweirdPSscreen.pngke-clicking on either of the two tools you mentioned only enlarges the image but the problem remains.
