Did you have multiple images selected and have Auto Sync turned on?
Any changes you make to one image will apply to all selected images.
Nope I did not!
I Just checked, And did a couple of experiments and that does NOT change the Position of the Radial Filters.
SO the Previous is NOT the Correct Answer.
I just checked and found that when Auto Sync was enabled and I had multiple images selected the Radial Filter DOES change its position on every image to select the last change I made.
Additionally when I adjust only one image with Auto Sync disabled and apply changes from one image to the next using the Previous button the Radial Filter is applied in the same place.
But if you didn't have that checked then that wasn't the problem and something else happened. Have you managed to recreate the issue?
If not then it most likely was a genuine slip of the keyboard/mouse and you simply didn't notice on export.
As D.A.R. has said, if you have Auto Sync on, any change you make including Radial Filter applies to every image. When you tested, you definitely had a series of photos selected? I've even rechecked it here, and it does change all the other selected images.
