I was due a refund of £6.63 because I upgraded my CC account.
Anyway, please see the screenshot below of my Paypal. As you can see it says that a refund was performed, but my balance says £0.00 (I haven't requested withdrawal of funds). My bank also doesn't show anything, so it hasn't gone in there either.
What's going on?
