getting error stating computer not authoized but it is authorized

computer is authorized but when I try to open book, it is saying computer not authorized. Also get error vender account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open.  This issue started when my Sony ebook died and I got my Kobo ebook.  Please help

Same problem.  Bought books from Kobo.  They say Adobe Digital Editions should open them.  If I try to authorize there is a list of e vendors, but Kobo is not listed, so I can't get ADE to show Kobo as an e-vendor to authorize the books. The books open with Kobo desktip app, but one book has serious paging errors and I can't fix it in Kobo.  Looks like everyone is having these problems and I see zero useful answers to any of them.  I'm on Windows 11.  Seems like Adobe has really lost its way.
