Hi guys ! I wanted do open up my Lightroom CC (2015) but there is just one problem. Everytime I get the message:

"Develop module is disabled. Please purchase a membership or license to reactivate the Develop module.
if you have a serial number to enter, please sign out from the Help menu and sign in again, then cklick License This Software."

But I did purchase the package. Everytime I log out from Lightroom, and logging in aggain , I get the message:

"Thank you ! Congratulations on purchasing Creative Cloud Photography using your Adobe ID **********@****.com
Click continue to enjoy the licensed copy of your software" .

So, I do press "Continue" and it gives me the same thing again ... "Develop module is disabled. Please purchase........."

I allready tried to do this one: Lightroom 5.5 "Develop module is disabled. Please renew your membership to reactivate the Develop mo...
And other ones.

Thanks for your help!

Moving this discussion to the Photoshop Lightroom forum.

Simons62730598 what other Adobe applications do you have installed on your computer?  Are you able to open Photoshop CC 2017, for example, successfully?  What operating system do you have Lightroom CC 2015 installed on?
