So I was using LR with GPU acceleration turned on for a couple years now. Bought a newer card a few months ago. No problem. Update Lightroom about a month ago, and now every sorting button (Star, flags, ect) causes the program to crash. Every bit of trouble shooting says turn off GPU acceleration. That worked. It's a bit choppy now, but it works. Here's the thing. Why do I have to turn off a feature that was working, because you guys Effed up? I'm not alone here. There are a lot customers with this problem. Enough to warrant a patch. I would understand if my card was too old, or too new. I get that. It's neither. It was working. You guys broke it.
Prophoto (what with their multithreaded support, faster capture features, and non subscription option) keeps looking better and better.
While I can appreciate the rant, posting it here will not help you much.

I figured there was a better place to post this. Thought maybe I could inspire enough of us to light a fire under their *****.
