Is it possible to rescale a pdf document in Acrobat DC (not cropping it)?

I would like to rescale a PDF document with a percentage. Is that possible at all in Acrobat DC? I do not want to crop the page, but make the whole document (inclusing the text images) smaller, in my case 96%. Can that be done with Acrobat DC? If not, how then?

I tried printing it with a percetage and then save to file, but that is not allowed.. 😞

Thanks in advance!

Yes. Use the Scale Pages fixup under the Preflight tool.

When the file is not protected you can use the preflight tool of Acrobat Pro DC.

Thanks! I had to dig pretty deep into the preflight stuff, but I found it. Very cool.

I wonder why this is not a more simplified option somewhere in Acrobat DC.

Anyway, this saved my day, thanks again!
