    Accidental video purchase


      I was familiarizing myself with your service and accidentally licensed  a video  #139285667

      I see from other forum posts with the same problem that you don't issue refunds only credits.

      After this mishap, I don't see myself using Stock in the future, so a credit is of little good to me.

      I have not downloaded the video and paying $200 + for something I purchased in error is going to not only ruin my day but it puts my initial experience using CC in a bad light.


      I will be away from the internet today and would appreciate speaking to a real human about this issue.
