I have been letting the preferences purge function run for over 45 minutes and it still hasn't completed purging the video cache. I tried cancelling it and the cancellation hasn't completed either and it's been running for 15 minutes itself. How do I fix this now that I am in LR CC 2015.10 and can't go back to my previous LR version.
Note, LR CC 2015.10 was updated on my laptop today. and since then I've had numerous new errors.
Anyone know how to contact adobe support directly?
