Why are there font changes when I convert from PDF to Word docx? This is for a novel and I cannot go through the whole thing and change everything. Even the paragraph formattings are off. Help!

It seems to be the font issue. The font that is used in the PDF is not available on your system.
When you convert the PDF, it changes to the font which looks similar to the original font.
Could you please confirm if it is an issue with a particular file.
Is it possible for you to share the file with us, so we can check it on our end?
