Simulate an expanding div (like a read more)

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to show an expanding div in my prototype. From all the issues I've read I understood there's no way of doing this in XD for Windows as it is now. The functionality I think I need is to link one object from Artboard 1 to another object in Artboard 2 (could be as well a page anchor or something), so that this specific element is at the top of your screen. And not the top of the page, as it is now.

Untill this feature gets added, does someone know a workaround to simulate an expandable div?

XD currently doesn't offer fixed or relatively positioned elements.

What you want may be achieved by using a scrollable area, which XD doesn't yet support, but there's a popular feature request for this on our Uservoice site, where you can upvote and add your feedback and comments: Scrollable Area (not scrolling whole artboard) – Adobe XD Feedback : Feature Requests & Bugs

You could then have any content in the scrollable area on the second artboard.
