Hey Kanika, sorry for beeing so upset, but this was the 3rd time, i have an account stress. I got a mail from your support team.
We downloaded the repair tool : https://download.macromedia.com/pub/developer/cleaner/mac/AdobeLimitedAccessRepairTool.dmg
afterwards it was all fine.
You should delete my post here, i think. It is a bit not nice to read.
Pls pls pls, make your phone number reachable and just dont hide from customers. Just make it visible.
