Photoshop reverted to trial [topic edited for clarity]

I downloaded the free trial of photo shop and it has now expired.  I paid for the lightroom/photoshop package, which has been charged to my account.  However, my Photoshop still says my trial has expired and that I will have to purchase it again!!! I tried deleting it and re downloading.  What am I doing wrong? How can I fix this?!?!

Try signing out of the Adobe Cloud. Then sign back in again.
