I have had both these apps installed for a while already and everything was running smoothly. Recently, I was offered an upgrade and I upgraded themt . Since then, both applications do not start. They crash before opening, with after affects coming up with a dialog box reading: Warning: unknown exception. I already spent alot of time on the phone with Adobe technical support and they weren't able to help me, as they could not access my computer remotely for some reason. I am already at my wits end, I really hope someone can help me get my apps running.
Try updating or rolling back your video driver.
