- Select the Page tool.
- Navigate to page 3 in the document.
- Click on the page with the page tool
- In the Control panel, change the orientation from Landscape to Portrait.

My favorite way to do this is to set up a master page with the orientation you want. That makes it easy to apply any time you need to change the orientation of a page.
You probably already have a master for the landscape pages.
In the Pages panel flyout menu (the lines in the upper right of the panel), choose New Master.
Choose the orientation for the new master, and click OK.
Now you can simply drag the new master on top of the page you want to apply it to. Or, you can choose Apply Master to Pages from the flyout menu.
Select the master and the page, and click OK.
In the message that appears, click Use Master Page Size.
