Cant organize my photos

Hi,

Even though I'm not on Smart collection and I chose the real folder, whenever I drag a photo to change her location, Lightroom doesn't respond... At first when I open Lightroom in the first two or three times it works, and than it just stops.

Any ideas what to do?

Drag the picture, not its frame.
