How do I restrict the editing on certain areas of my document in Adobe Acrobat?

Well, it honestly depends on how skilled your end user is. If they really know how to use Acrobat or other PDF editing software, the only thing that will stop them is high-level security settings on the PDF. But if your end user just needs to be able to type a name and click print, then make the "Name Here" a form field. Then add some security settings that restart editing, and allow printing and filling out form fields, but no other changes are allowed. See screenshots below.
