problems with an annual subscription on Adobe in design

I have an annual subscription on Adobe in design. But my application stopped working. They write that my demo version has finished and I must buy a new one. When I try to us it, I can't as they say I have already this subscription. I am a student of a design faculty and in 2 days I have to provide a project in in-design. I hope you can help me.
