Is there a script for exporting Individual Document names from a book?

Hi everyone.  I've tried this multiple ways(not including Scripting)  But i'm wondering if there is a way to export the individual Names of indd files from within a book?  What I'm trying to do is Create a book "Master Colors" and in that book i'm adding Blue.indd, Red.indd, Orange.indd.  All works fine when i export the book as PDF it Is of course named Master Colors.  But if i want to extract 1 page from the PDF Instead of being Blue, Red, or orange it comes out as Master Color 1, Master Color 2, Master Color 3.  Or if you guys and gals know a better way to do this rather than a book i'm all ears.
