Can't ingest files from Network Drive

I just installed Prelude CC 2017 and went to ingest my video files when I discovered that I'm only given the option to ingest files from the local drive, not from the network drive where my video files are stored. Prelude is clearly capable of recognizing network drives because it lists:

> Favorites

> Local Drives

> Network Drives

but when I click on Network Drives it doesn't show any of the actual drives that my computer is connected to. It shows nothing.

I'm able to access the Network Drives on all of the other Adobe programs without any issues.

Thanks for your help!

Hi Meganp32055511,

Yes you are correct, Prelude is capable of recognizing all mapped network drives.

This problem looks strange, and working fine at our end, try rebooting machine once.

If problem still persists then share following information

> Prelude Version (Help > About Adobe Prelude).

> OS and its version

> Network Drive is mapped with which protocol( ftp, smb, afp)

> Also in which Adobe applications, network drive is listing fine.

Thanks
