Can commenting tools be automatically enabled?

Is there a way to have the commenting tools automatically enabled when a PDF is opened? I have looked and I can't find a way.

When I am looking at hundreds of single-page PDFs I find it very aggravating to have to open the tool bar and select commenting for each individual file!

One thing you could do is customize your Quick Tools to include the Commenting tools you use frequently.  They'll always be there for you when you need them.

Right click on the Toolbar area, and select Customize Quick Tools...  Find the tools you want at your fingertips, (like the Commenting tools you use), click on a tool, and press the plus sign at the right.  The highlighted tool will be added to your Quick Toolbar.
