I tried. That link, selecting anything under adobe stock allows only 'community forums' as support. It doesnt show me a number or chat .

What happens if I don’t use all my monthly licenses in a given month?
With a small subscription plan, which includes 10 images a month, unused downloads carry over to the next month as long as your subscription is active. The carryover limit is 120 downloads. With large subscriptions, which include 750 downloads per month, unused downloads do not roll over.
If I cancel my membership, can I still use any unused licenses in my account?
No. You can use your available licenses as long as your membership is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your membership.
What an absurd policy.
That's the type of policy that dispicable companies make. I've always held Adobe in high regard and am quite shocked they would stoop to stealing credits from someone like myself.
Shame on Adobe. Just because it's buried in your legal print doesn't make it right.
I'm a freelance designer that paid subscription for a full year. I got sick and hospitalized for over a month, and built up a bunch of credits. Now that I'm not able to work as much, and can't afford to keep stockpiling credits, you feel entitled to take away 5 months of credits that I did pay for?
Despicable. A billion dollar corporation squeezing me and justifying stealing credits I purchased with fine print?
Adobe you've disappointed me more than the money I'm losing from this money grab.
I'll be back on my feet eventually and I'll never subscribe to this service again I guarantee you that. You lost a fan today.
I completely agree with how ridiculous this policy is and glad people are speaking up.
I just spent an hour on a chat with two different agents who took forever to reply each time and continually changed the subject answering different questions than was asking. Ultimately they answered my question by sending me the link to this forum post where people are pointing out how crazy this is.
We pay for credits every month but then we don't get to keep what we have paid for if we stop buying more. Never have I had a business interaction where you pay for something but then they take it away after you have received it but before you have used it.
I really enjoy Adobe products especially Photoshop but it looks like it may be time to explore the other options that already make more sense (like Affinity), my loyalty is gone for the company as a whole because of such poor policy and customer support.
