Lightroom stopped working

Everytime I try to open lightroom is says the program has stopped working. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled but that did not fix the problem. Any able to help?

Hi cassandrac,

Please update the graphics drivers from the manufacturer website also, you may try and turn off the graphics processor from the Lightroom preferences.

Open Lightroom > Edit menu > Preferences > Perfomance tab > Uncheck GPU > Restart Lightroom.
