Moving to the Typekit forum
I'm sorry that you ran into trouble with this! Are the fonts you have synced from Typekit working in other programs on your computer? For troubleshooting font sync, it's helpful to check something that comes installed with your operating system, such as Notes or Notepad.
If the fonts are not working there either, we will need to take a look at your font sync log files to see if there are any errors. Please email email@example.com with:
- a screenshot of the Fonts tab from your Creative Cloud desktop application , similar to the one below, and
- a couple of the Creative Cloud log files from your computer to firstname.lastname@example.org. There are instructions on where to find the logs on OS X and Windows in this page: Troubleshoot font syncing problems in Typekit
