I am very familiar with how to use and download the Creative Cloud apps. However, last week I had a really bad virus on the computer so much so the only way to get rid of it was to back up my computer, save my files and reboot from scratch.
During the set up process I decided to give the computer a more personal name and since then when I try to reload the adobe pdf app I keep getting a message warning me that I cannot download as I already have the software on two computers. I think that the problem may be due to me renaming my computer and that the adobe pdf software thinks that I am trying to download the software to a third computer when I am not.
How do I get around this?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
