Sorry for the trouble. There are two things I've seen that trigger this. Hopefully one of the following suggestions will resolve your issue.
1. Sometimes this happens when you click on the Enterprise account option rather than the Personal Adobe ID. Make sure you select your personal account when logging in.
2. Your Adobe ID wasn't fully updated or is missing required information, such as your date of birth.

I don't work for an organization, so it shouldn't be an enterprise account.
It didn't prompt me for a date of birth. I haven't used my account in a while, so it is possible that it wasn't fully updated. I was looking to my settings, but I couldn't find a solution there.
Any more ideas or suggestions?
