"You no longer have access to this service"

I've never used Premiere Clip, and it's supposedly free? Every time I sign in I get an Access Denied notification. Can anyone help me with this?

          Hi Joshua,

Sorry for the trouble. There are two things I've seen that trigger this. Hopefully one of the following suggestions will resolve your issue.

          1. Sometimes this happens when you click on the Enterprise account option rather than the Personal Adobe ID. Make sure you select your personal account when logging in.

          2.  Your Adobe ID wasn't fully updated or is missing required information, such as your date of birth.

          1. Log in to www.adobe.com
          2. Enter your date of birth when prompted.
          3. Click Update.

Let us know if you still encounter this issue.

          Best,

Thank you for the response, unfortunately this didn't solve my problem.

I don't work for an organization, so it shouldn't be an enterprise account.

It didn't prompt me for a date of birth. I haven't used my account in a while, so it is possible that it wasn't fully updated. I was looking to my settings, but I couldn't find a solution there.

            Any more ideas or suggestions?
