I try to find cost about this apps. but unable to find also try to connect support, any let me know license price .

The XD beta is included for Creative Cloud members. Unless I missed it, I have not heard of Adobe announcing a price for XD as a single app. It's still in public beta, so this information will probably be announced when it's closer to final release.

I'm not sure what you mean. If you're asking about setup, you install the Creative Cloud app and then use that to install Creative Cloud apps such as XD, Photoshop, etc. Is that what you meant?

Yes, Adobe Experience design will be part of Creative Cloud. You will not be able to purchase a perpetual license for XD (license that does not have an expiry date).
