A client of mine is using Abobe Acrobat Standard DC on a Windows 10 computer
He is having some issues with Fill and Sign.
When using this feature he will save the page he is working on and go to another page to make some changes
After saving that other page he will go back to the original page and find a blank page. Some of the entered data may be there but the form data is not there.
This happens for multiple documents.
We have tried repairing Acrobat and reinstalling it
Any thoughts on how to proceed?

Currently, there are no specific steps that make this happen.
He uses Fill and Sign to fill in a large document. He Saves each page as he goes.
Sometimes when he opens the document after it was saved the page he was working on is blank except for the information he typed in.
But is does happen daily usually.
It is very strange.
I have run Adobe removal tool and reinstall Acrobat to test

Thank you for sharing your findings.
Since you tried cleaner tool already and I don't have much of the troubleshooting steps to mention except if you could turn off the security software momentarily and check.
If you find any consistent workflow that helps us reproducing this issue please let me know.
