Issue with trial version installation

I can't install trial version. After uploading Dreamweaver_Set-Up.exe this window (see picture below) has been showed me and I can't click its or even stretch, that's why it's impossible to do next steps for installation.

What should I do in this case?

Also make sure that your system specs meet the required as per System requirements for Dreamweaver

Just as a workaround can you try a different browser?

Yes. I tried to do this action but the problem wasn't solved. I even changed browser by default(

I wasn't able to undestand how to use the solution described here Creative Cloud client will not download , but by chance I used key "Tab" and it helped to scroll the page down and open ("Tab" allowed to scroll the page top and down, no more) a way to click action button.
