Reading raw files

I have recently upgraded to creative cloud for photographers.  Everything was great for a while and now suddenly Lightroom will not read my camera raw files which it was doing.  I have a Mac and a MacBook Pro.  It worked a bit longer on the laptop but yesterday neither would work and I couldn't down load my photos that I need urgently for a course I am doing.

1. What is the exact version NUMBER of your current Lightroom installation? (Go to Help->System Info)
2. What is the camera that took these RAW photos?
3. What exactly is the error message (word-for-word) when Lightroom can't import these RAW photos?
