If you want to do this with Raw just open all the raw files in camera raw, then Ctrl+A in the filmstrip to select all.
Go to the crop tool click and hold so you see the menu and choose "9 to 16"
Then put the crop rectangle over the image and it will be placed the same way in all the selected images
You may also want to click in the workflow options at the bottom of camera raw and set image sizing appropriately (e.g. 1920x1080 for HD)
For your fps question you may be better asking it in the Premiere Forum
In Camera Raw, when I click on the Crop tool, there isn't a drop down menu. How do I activate the menu? It won't let me access the menu you showed me.
Should I do this in LR instead?
nm i just realized you have to hold down on the Crop tool to activate it. I dont ever crop my photos in camera raw so Ive never had to use that tool before. Thanks again!!
There must be a way to batch crop them to 16:9 in LR?
