    Got pay monthly Photoshop Creative Cloud and after 2 months its saying plan has expired? won't open or update my payment info....please help?


      I signed up for the pay monthly photoshop creative cloud. It has not been opening for over a week. When ive tried to open it, the creative cloud help box opens. This has been stuck on the loading page for 4 days. Now it has finally loaded onto the help website of adobe. It says 404 page failed. So i signed into my account and go into my payments and it says that my pay monthly standing order that has been working for the last 2 months and should be up and running for a year has expired!? and i need to update my payment information. When i go to update it, it tells me to come back in 24 hours?! i dont understand why im having these problems. and why cant they be fixed??
