After 10 weeks of having 20 students successfully view offline FLV recordings within their browsers.  Several students (and myself), are finding that files are no longer playing in chrome, firefox or explorer.  We have updated the flash player, found "fixes" by managing add-ons, but nothing has worked.  The only thing that works is downloading an adobe media player, but this is an extra step that we do not wish to promote moving forward.

Was there a problem with the most recent update to windows that has caused a problem for "players"?  Is there anything else that can be done to fix this problem so that offline flv content from adobe connect will go back to easily playing within a browser?
