I have updated my billing information on my adobe creative cloud account for my one-year photoshop CC membership, but there is still a pop-up remind box to 'update my billing information' when i open my photoshop. What should I do or update any other required info?
Have you logged out of CC Manager and then back in? Try closing out of all Adobe apps, sign out of CC manager and restart your computer. Sign back in to CC Manager and open Photoshop from there. If the dialog box is still there you may need to contact Adobe support for assistance.
Ok thank you. I have done this as stated but the same problem of my billing info still occur. Ive referred this to Adobe support as you suggest now and have gotten help as well.
