we are trying to Install Photoshop 2017 from the Cloud Suite, but it keeps failing. We tried the Individual download as well, which has you log into the Suite for Install. But still no luck. Does anyone have a clear answer as to why only Photoshop will not install? Thanks.
kglad, the Uninstall of Adobe Products and using the cscleaner tool did not work. However, removing McAfee altogether and reinstalling everything did. So one one PC we removed McAfee and installed Photoshop with no issues. All other Cloud Apps installed fine previously. So our Solution was not to remove the Adobe Cloud and Apps, but to remove McAfee and install the Apps that had the issue. Thanks to everyone who posted comments. Sorry it took so long to post the solution. Cheers!

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 3 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Thanks for the update Andym74330513! What McAfee product, and version, were you using? Have you reinstall McAfee since or are you utilizing a different security solution?
