Hi Carol,

We see that you have posted the same query on four different threads and non of them related to your query and account.

We have created a separate discussion for you here, so that we can assist you in better manner.

As mentioned above, that neither you want to use the Cloud service and nor you want to install any Desktop application then there isn't any other way you can use the Document Cloud services.

You have to choose any one of the way(Either online or through Adobe Reader DC desktop application) to access the service. 

And if you could let us know in detail what exactly you are looking for then it would be easier for us to understand?
