How to make a logo in photoshop and that when exported is not pixelated ?

Create it with all vector tools and save it as layered psd file.  Using that document you can size it any size you  need to have your logo and save out a png that needed size

I am new to photoshop.

I am designing a logo for my blog.

I wish to Create a stylish 'M' with 'Map to success' written beneath it.

Can you help me out? It would be so kind of you.

Use the text Tool to create two text layers a bib M and map to success. Positopn and size them relative to approximate what you want your logo to look.  Convert both layers into shape layers.  Edit the big M shape using Photoshop ]Vector editing tools to stylize you M more.    When your satisfied Target both Shape Layer and merge them into a single shape.   Define a custom shape for that shape path and you will have your Logo as a custom shape you can drag out any size.
