Do you know a lightroom preset that gives you a similar look to these photos??

Not sure what "look" you are referring to. These images appear to be taken at midday with very few shadows to create much modeling. Other than that, it looks pretty straightforward.

Make your own preset.

The photos look like they have a little reduction in saturation or hue of greens and blues.

Or try some split toning.
