Adobe Presenter trial not installing

I decided to install the Adobe Presenter trial, but when I start the main installation I get stuck at 1% then an error appears. Not too sure what I'm doing wrong.

I've tried:

-Restarting my PC

-Turning off my Antivirus

Hi Justin,

One thing I notice is that you are using Chrome. I don't know if that is causing the issue but Chrome and Flash have not been playing nice since Chrome's latest update. You could enable Flash in Chrome and try the download (https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/enabling-flash-player-chrome.html) or use another browser. Hope this doesn't come too late; Adobe Presenter is a great tool. Let me know if this works!
