Glitch in my system?

I've been using A.S, for a good while now (Maybe about 6-8 months) But recently I've been having this issue where, I'll create a document, and I'll start working on it, and immediately it will tell me something like (Document has been deleted, returning to author page) Which is frustrating in itself but then I go to create the same document and suddenly the original will pop back up in my project selection area as soon as I enter the name for the document, it's not a horrible problem but it is irritating and wastes my time. Is anyone else having this issue? And is there any way to stop it from happening?

Sorry for your issue! I understand it's frustrating.

• Have you tried using a different browser?
• Have you tried deleting cookies and cache for Story?
• Have you tried logging in via Incognito mode (Chrome) or Private browsing (Firefox)?
