Called the support helpline regarding problems activating cs3 (something about reaching maximum activations thus unable to reactivate) and I was told to goto www.adobe.com/getsupport
Managed to login to support portal and spoke to online agent Himanshu who requested for me to post this online so the support agent can contact me for assistance as CS3 is considered legacy and is no longer supported via phone or online. The only way to get this resolved was to post the problem on this forum.
Can someone be kind enough to contact me regarding the issue and teach me how to reactivate the license so that I can get the CS3 working again instead of running it on trial??

I am afraid the problem may be that you (or someone else) failed to deactivate Photoshop CS3 on an old, possibly a defective computer. Deactivating the license on that machine would be something only someone at Adobe can do, I guess.
