I have installed Digital Editions on my iPad and entered my id information. However, when I try to download any books that I have borrowed through my library I receive the error "Digital Editions could not connect to the Fulfillment Server. Please make sure that you are connected to the internet"
I am connected to the internet but continue to receive this message. I have tried reinstalling the app and reauthorizing to no avail.
I have been able to view the books on the application on my laptop successfully and download a couple of the books to the Overdrive app successfully but the one that I particularly wanted to read on my iPad is a PDF eBook and can't be downloaded to Overdrive.
Could anyone suggest a solution?
