InDesign does not open - latest Build (Was Do not open)

We have a fresh installed Win 10 pro System with InDesign latest Build installed.

The first start was successful but now starting is not really possible.

The InDesign Windows is shown for a few seconds and then it close again.

After trying 6-10 times sometimes it opens.

In Windows Application-Log there is nothing that helps to find a solution.

re-Installation of InDesign didn't help at all.

Please help.

Try trashing your InDesign preferences;

Close and relaunch InDesign, and IMMEDIATELY hold down Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or Cmd + Ctrl + Opt + Shift (Mac), and respond in the affirmative to the dialog asking if you really want to replace the preferences. you must be extremely fast on the keyboard (if you don’t see the confirmation prompt, you were too slow) You may have to do it a couple of times before you get the hang of it!

If it's still crashing try this: uninstall InDesign, using the drop-down in the Creative Cloud app (the cog icon), then run Adobe Cleaner before reinstalling InDesign.

Thanks.

After holding down the keys and deleting the preferences it works only one time.

Re-Installing as described with clean Tool did help for two times.

Any other Idea?
