    supported user with issue setting up DTM within AMC




      I am a Supported user, the chat function within my account is not working. 

      I am having multiple issues with my Adobe Marketing Cloud ranging from linking AMC account to AA, DTM, AM, etc.

      I would like to speak via phone with a person to get this resolved. 

      I do not have twitter and I find it extremely upsetting that there is no phone number that can be used to contact support. 

      Only this community and twitter. Not everyone uses twitter.

      For over a week, ever time I have tried to setup a "web property" in activation I have received the following message. 

      "error communicating with the server. Please try again later."
